What Are Glory Carriers
Glory Carriers are born-again believers who have surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ and are being transformed into His likeness through purity of heart, biblical truth, and Christlike character. As faithful stewards of God’s presence, they become men and women whom God can trust to carry the weight of His glory, reflect His nature, and reveal His Kingdom with humility, integrity, power, and love wherever He sends them.
About Glory Encounters Ministry
Glory Encounters Ministry (GEM) was established in 2017 with a God-given mandate to raise up Glory Carriers and cultivate Christlike leaders across generations. We equip both emerging and seasoned believers to pursue purity, spiritual maturity, and lives transformed by the Holy Spirit so they can faithfully carry the weight of God’s glory into every sphere of influence.
This ministry is for those who desire more than a title; it is for those who desire God’s presence.
I’m Dr. Lisa M. Vice, Founder and Senior Minister of Glory Encounters Ministry (GEM). God has entrusted me with a mandate to equip and raise up Glory Carriers – believers who are transformed by His presence and prepared to reveal His glory in every sphere of influence.
The foundation of this ministry is found in 2 Corinthians 3:18 (NKJV):
“But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.”
This Scripture reveals the heart of God’s work in every believer. As we continually behold Christ, the Holy Spirit transforms us into His image, from glory to glory. This transformation is not merely about gaining knowledge or exercising spiritual gifts; it is about becoming more like Christ in heart, character, and conduct. It is from this place of continual transformation that we are prepared to carry His presence and faithfully fulfill His purposes.
Mission
- To train you to cultivate spiritual maturity, develop godly character, and walk in sensitivity to the Holy Spirit as He transforms your soul and renews your mind.
- To equip you to grow measure by measure in your capacity to steward the gifts, anointing, and glory God has entrusted to you.
- To mentor you in walking the narrow way, embracing the disciplines of the faith, and wielding the tools of spiritual warfare necessary to steward your anointing, carry His glory, and walk fully in your prophetic destiny.
- To prepare you to walk in the power of humility and obedience, faithfully fulfilling your God-given assignment in your sphere of influence.

- To see the Body of Christ come to the unity of the faith and the full measure of the stature of Christ, growing together into spiritual maturity. — Ephesians 4:11–13
