Lisa M. Vice

I am a Spirit-filled believer, blessed to share life with my husband, Deano, for 48 years. Together, we have raised four adult children and are proud grandparents of seven. My journey in ministry spans over 35 years, serving in roles such as children's ministry, altar ministry, music, prayer, evangelism, and more. Each step of the way, I have grown in my love for God’s people and my passion for seeing them live in the fullness of their calling.  

In 1996, God called me to the office of prophet, a journey that has shaped me and deepened my commitment to His will. In 2010, following the Lord’s leading, I moved from New York to Texas, and in 2013, I was ordained as an elder. Six years later, God called me to leave my position as an elder and focus entirely on my prophetic ministry, with a mandate to establish a new apostolic-oriented model. At His direction, I founded Glory Encounters Ministry (GEM), where believers are equipped to carry God's glory in power and purpose.  

In 2020, I launched Arise International School of Ministry to train and raise 'glory carriers'—leaders who reflect God’s presence in every aspect of life and ministry. I hold a Doctorate of Christian Theology degree,  degrees in Christian Studies (with a concentration in Biblical counseling), and Prophetic Ministry. I am a lifelong learner, always striving to grow in knowledge and grace.  

What drives me most is seeing God’s people vibrant, positioned in their calling, and functioning in the Five-Fold ministry as God intended. My passion for God’s glory manifested through His people is contagious, and I consider it a privilege to serve the Body of Christ in this season.  

When I am not ministering, I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, spending time at the beach, and gardening. I look for new opportunities to reflect the love of God to those around me through every interaction.
