Dr. Lisa Michelle Vice is an ordained prophet and apostolic leader, called to prepare the Body of Christ to carry the weight of God's glory. As the founder and senior minister of Glory Encounters Ministry (GEM), she ministers with prophetic clarity, biblical depth, and a heart anchored in humility and obedience.

An Issachar prophet by function, Dr. Lisa possesses a keen understanding of God's times and seasons. The Lord often reveals His secrets through her concerning what is to come, and she equips the remnant to respond with wisdom, purity, and power. Her ministry is marked by a prophetic call to holiness, alignment, and transformation.

With over 38 years of ministry experience, Dr. Lisa has faithfully served as a mentor, teacher, intercessor, and leader in both church and marketplace settings. She now fully embraces her apostolic mantle—establishing, equipping, and commissioning servant leaders to fulfill their divine assignments. Through GEM, she provides Spirit-led training, prophetic teaching, and discipleship, activating spiritual maturity, emotional wholeness, and kingdom impact.

A retired postmaster, small-business owner, former president of Arise International School of Ministry, and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Dr. Lisa brings wisdom forged through both real-world experience and Spirit-led leadership. Whether ministering from the pulpit or mentoring behind the scenes, her passion remains the same: to raise up leaders who reflect the heart of Christ and walk in His power without compromise.
