Founder
- Dr. Lisa Michelle Vice is the founder and senior minister of Glory Encounters Ministry (GEM). Known for her prophetic insight, biblical integrity, and unwavering heart, Dr. Lisa carries a mantle to prepare the Body of Christ for the weight of His glory in this generation.
- With over 37 years of ministry experience, now called into the apostolic gift, Dr. Lisa has served faithfully as a spiritual mentor, and leader in both ministry and the marketplace. Through GEM, she equips believers to encounter God deeply, be transformed by His Word, and fulfill their divine assignments in the church and beyond.
- Her writing includes the newly released Crowned for Servant Leadership, a prophetic charge to emerging leaders in ministry and the marketplace, and The Message of Purity, God’s Way—a foundational teaching on spiritual and emotional purity, accompanied by workbooks for personal or group study.
- A retired postmaster, small-business owner, and former president of Arise International School of Ministry, wife, mother and grandmother, Dr. Lisa brings wisdom from years of real-world leadership to every message, prayer gathering, and mentoring relationship. Whether teaching in the pulpit or ministering one-on-one, she is passionate about cultivating leaders who reflect the nature of Christ and carry His glory with humility and reverence.
